December 31, 2008 will mark the 1st New Year's Eve Event at Miami Beach's newest beach front hotel.

The Gansevoort South will be the site for this year's most premier "IT" New Year's Eve Event. It the go-to option for celebrities from around the country on New Year's Eve.

The property will have 3 MAJOR distinct areas of event space, providing a boundless forum of celebration. The event includes the use of The Hotel's:

The Private Beach Club
The premier VIP lounge and playground is a seductive seaside retreat, Gansevoort Beach Club is Miami's largest Private Beach Club created by designer, Stephane Dupoux. This area will be used to greet guests entering the event from 24th Street and The Beach.

The Pool Plaza
The Pool Plaza features an Infinity-Edge Ocean View Pool sits within a Expansive Brazilian Ipe Deck, A New Year's Eve Oasis with Sprawling Outdoor Bar. The pool will feature a "floating" stage where DJ Cassidy and guest performers will be the focal point of the event. All premium tables will sit poolside. Multiple bars will be serving complimentary cocktails all night to revelers ringing in the new year. The enclave of the following table types:

Prices are per person unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change. For general admission, the only gratuity is what you would typically tip your bartender or cocktail waitress. For bottle service, gratuity is not included in the ticket price unless otherwise noted.

If purchasing VIP or table tickets individually, and if the party requires a minimum number of people, your entire group must purchase their table tickets within 15 hours of the initial purchase. If the other tickets are not purchased within 15 hours, the initial purchase will be cancelled and no refunds will be issued.
