Set in a building that was first built as the French Casino in 1936, Mansion is located in the heart of South Beach on Miami’s colorful Washington Avenue, close to the areas finest restaurants, most luxurious hotels and popular Lincoln Road district
Audio/Visual:
Mansion’s state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems feature name-brand products and the most advanced technology. Seven projection screens are available throughout the club for transposing branded images, visual presentations, and movie premieres.
Lighting technology features Five-watt brand lasers, white light lasers, 18 High-end brand track spots, 8 Comar Eye-Spot 150 moving head lighting fixtures, 12 Martin Mac 250 moving head lighting fixtures, 8 Digi-scan moving mirror lighting fixtures and 10 Gobo projectors.
The EAW Avalon sound system was custom designed and installed by industry trailblazers Steve Dash and Phil Smith. The custom Function 1 sound system was designed by equally renowned duo Dan Agnee and Phil Smith, installed by Pro Sound, and works in tandem with Mansion’s three Technique SL 1200 turntables, two Pioneer CDJ 1000 CD players and Fhazon mixer.
Design Features:
Mansion’s “residence-meets-nightlife” concept features multiple floors of design and architectural decadence. Heralded design elements include sweeping staircases, ornate fireplaces, Venetian glass mirrors, dramatic crystal chandeliers, exposed brick walls, towering keystone arches and cozy seating areas that mix modern Lucite pieces with the luxurious banquets.
