     The menu for the First Seating of the evening will begin with 1 oz of American Sturgeon Caviar followed by a choice of seared scallops or pelmeni. The main course options are Siberean Sturgeon or Wagyu Filet Stroganoff. The evening is then topped off with dessert choices.

    Prices are per person unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change. For general admission, the only gratuity is what you would typically tip your bartender or cocktail waitress. For bottle service, gratuity is not included in the ticket price unless otherwise noted.
