Ticket Policy

No Refund Policy

All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. If the event is canceled you will receive an automatic refund for the face value of the ticket. If an event is postponed you may request a refund for the face value of the ticket. To request a refund you must forward your original e-mail receipt to info@newyears.com. Refund requests must be made within five days of the event’s originally scheduled date. Unless the event is canceled or rescheduled there are no refunds. Under no circumstances is the service charge ever refunded even if an event is cancelled.

Under no circumstances will a replacement ticket be issued for any ticket that has been damaged, lost, stolen, or destroyed.

If an event is age restricted, you certify that all ticket holders meet the minimum age requirement and will bring proper id to that event. If you are denied entry based on age requirements, you will not receive a refund for this purchase.

Venue and talent are subject to change. If a party advertises a celebrity host, there is no guarantee that you will see, meet, or interact with the celebrity. In fact, sometimes the celebrities have last-minute cancellations. If the celebrity does not appear at the event, NewYears.com is not responsible, and this is not grounds for a ticket refund.

Will Call Policy

Certain venues offer "Will Call" tickets. This means that you pick up your tickets at the venue on the day of the event. No tickets will be shipped. You simply need to present a valid picture id, the original credit card used to make this purchase, and a copy of your email confirmation at the venue. If you are unable to pick up your order because you do not have the required items listed above at the time and place of pickup, you will not receive a refund for this purchase. Purchaser acknowledges that the name(s) entered on the order form will be released to the event promoter to facilitate order pickup at the venue.

All tickets for a single order must be picked up at the same time.

WITH WILL CALL, THE INDIVIDUAL INDICATED ON THE ORDER FORM MUST PRESENT A VALID PICTURE ID, ORIGINAL CREDIT CARD USED TO PLACE THE ORDER, AND A COPY OF THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL AT THE EVENT TO RECEIVE ENTRANCE.

Face Value of a Ticket

The face value of a ticket is determined by the promoter or venue. NewYears.com does not determine the face value of tickets.

Service Charge

The Service Charge covers the cost to fulfill your ticket request when you purchase the tickets online, by phone or at our store. This charge includes services, such as taking and maintaining your order on our ticketing systems, arranging for shipping and/or coordinating will call. It is applied to an entire order. Both the venue or promoter and NewYears.com determine the charge on an event-by-event basis. In almost all cases, additional delivery prices will be charged based on the delivery method that you choose. Under no circumstances is the service charge ever refunded even if an event is cancelled.

Taxes

City, state, and local taxes (in Canada, provincial and federal goods and services taxes) are typically included in the face value of the ticket.

Delivery Price

A variety of delivery options are available for most events. Delivery prices will be displayed during checkout at the point where you select the shipping method. We recommend that you carefully review the delivery prices in the delivery method section of the purchase process before selecting these options to be ensure proper delivery.
