FAQ

How can I purchase tickets?

There are several options when buying tickets:

  1. NewYears.com
You can purchase tickets to any of our events on our website, www.NewYears.com. To buy, select the # of tickets you want to purchase in the dropdown of a specific event and follow the instructions to complete your order.

  2. Online Concierge
Not sure where to go or how to buy tickets? Contact us online and a New Year's Eve Specialist will reply promptly.

  3. Phone
You can purchase tickets over the phone with a New Year's Eve Specialist at 212-NEW-YEARS (212.688.2424).
What is NewYears.com's Refund Policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No Refunds will be issued under any circumstance unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

If your event is canceled, in most cases you won't need to do a thing; we will inform you of the cancellation and refund the amount you paid for your tickets, on the same payment method used for purchase.

By purchasing tickets you are accepting these terms.
