Step out for New Year’s Eve to the glamorous Parker & Quinn restaurant, located inside the Refinery Hotel. Enjoy a 5 hour premium open bar, which includes complimentary champagne at midnight, in a rich nostalgic atmosphere, featuring classic New York City design touches from the 1900s to today. A live DJ performance and screens broadcasting the Times Square Ball as it falls will have you counting down to 2024 in modern style.
